Description
This is definitely a design for somebody who loves a frill. Whether you knit the short bolero or longer jacket, there are frills around the hem, cuffs and the front edges. Both are fastened with ties. These patterns are suitable from birth to seven years of age.
You will also need: 1 pair 4mm knitting needles, 1 pair 3.25mm knitting needles, a 4mm circular knitting needle, stitch holders, stitch markers
