Description
This Poncho and Shawl pattern uses a simple, easy to work 2 row repeat cross stitch. It is based on trebles for the crosses while the next row is a dc row which helps align your stitches up ready for the next row of treble crosses. Once you have mastered the crossed stitches – which are made by missing the next stitch, working your treble in the next one after that and then making your next treble into the stitch which has been missed. There is no shaping involved for either and the Poncho is made in one piece.
